090901 hard-code articles in html or leave in wiki?

comments? normally we  would take “fixed” content materials and make them into “closed” html pages.  i’m wondering if a better idea for this particular issue would be to leave almost everything in the wiki.  the CEC site would house the table of contents (e.g. http://cec.concordia.ca/econtact/11_2) where some articles would be hard coded, but anything contributed directly through the wiki would remain in there. in some ways this creates a contraditction, however, because we do in fact have articles submitted through the normal procedure…
